Services Provided
ORVYN provides copywriting personal branding and social growth services as described on this site and in your service agreement
Payment Terms
- Plans are billed monthly with a 3 month minimum commitment
- Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt
- Late payments may pause active work until resolved
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely feedback and access to any accounts or platforms needed to complete the work. Delays in feedback may extend project timelines.
Intellectual Property
- Final approved deliverables become the property of the client once paid in full
- ORVYN retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
Limitation of Liability
ORVYN is not responsible for results that depend on factors outside our control such as platform algorithm changes or market conditions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in question.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work already completed remain due.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ORVYN operates
