Refund Eligibility
- Because our services involve custom strategy and creative work fees already earned for completed work are non refundable
- If we have not yet started work on your plan a full refund is available within 3 days of purchase
Cancellation Policy
- Monthly plans can be cancelled any time after the 3 month minimum with 30 days notice
- Cancelling partway through a billing month does not entitle you to a partial refund for that month
Non Refundable Items
- Completed copywriting drafts brand guides and published content
- Any billing month where work has already begun
