When you submit a brief through our contact form or email us directly, we collect only what you provide: your name, company, work email, LinkedIn URL (if given), selected plan, and message. We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles of visitors.

• To respond to your inquiry and schedule a brief call.
• To prepare a voice profile and content strategy if you become a client.
• To send you engagement-related updates if you're an active client.

3. What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't publish your name, company, or any content you send us publicly without your written permission.

4. Who has access

Only the writer, editor, and strategist assigned to your account, plus the founder team, can view your submitted information. Form submissions are processed through Formspree; anything you submit is subject to Formspree's own data-handling terms in transit.

5. Data retention

We retain inquiry and client data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us at orvynagency@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
